Chilgok Rice

Chilgok Rice is inspired by ogokbap, the traditional five-grain rice eaten on Daeboreum, the first full moon of the lunar Korean New Year.
with rice, barley, millet, soybeans, and proso millet, with the addition of red beans and sorghum to complete the dish.
While carrying the traditional meaning of wishing for health and well-being in the year ahead, the grain composition is designed to support everyday health including blood sugar management.
